[Husker] Lets talk about the defense

I was at the game and know little about the subtleties of football 
but I can tell you this.  Instead of just waving as the other team 
ran by on their way to the goal line I saw defenders head for the 
ball - and they didn't just assume the ball carrier was going to step 
out of bounds they made sure he did.

I saw EFFORT which was something that was sorely lacking in last 
years defence.  They still let some big plays through and there were 
times when the first guy to  the ball carrier did not take out his 
man like he should have but overall I saw kids that were showing more 
effort and enthusiasm on the field which make me feel like Bo is 
making progress in the right direction.
