Bob, There is nothing wrong with a gut feeling, but posting over and
over your erroneous "feelings" about information that could be
ascertained with some over research, all the while saying you don't
really know the facts, suggests that maybe you should do more research
before you post the same incorrect feelings over and over.

Much of the in-state walk-on program is structured to get players for
4-5 years with a scholarship for fewer years.  For each player who pays
low in-state tuition for a year, it stretches the scholarships by
20-25% or more.  One of the aspects that makes that possible is that
tuition (especially in-state, but also out-of-state) at UNL is
relatively low compared to many other schools.  The return on
scholarships is far from 100%, so stretching them as far as possible
is highly advantageous.
