[Husker] list outage corrected

It appears there was a technical problem at our ISP that was preventing 
some email from being delivered to us in the last few days.

It has been corrected, and it looks like this may help with our Comcast
problems as well.  

If you sent messages to the List and haven't seen them yet, wait an hour
or so for things to settle down then resend.
