[Husker] 2008 rule changes

Simple. Because of additional TV commercial requirements, it's getting tougher to fit sporting events into traditional timeslots. College football games are now regularly hitting four hours in length. The NFL got their games down to just over 3 hours.
Remember the Missouri/Nebraska game? I believe Nebraska viewers on regular ESPN got the kickoff, but people outside the state (and likely the folks watching on ESPN-HD) were watching the Virginia Tech game to it's conclusion, and by the time that game ended, Mizzou was already up 14-0...
