     I am weary of it as well.  I am really to the point I don't care if 
Favre plays this season or who he plays for.  I just want this to go 
away.   To me there is fault on both the sides of Favre and the Packer 
management.  Packer management has handled it poorly at best but Favre 
caused the whole situation.  At the very least Favre's legacy is 
tarnished to some degree.  Maybe Brett should be shown the video of him 
bawling his eyes out on national TV because he couldn't mentally keep up 
with the game anymore and had to retire.  I think the best for every 
situation concerned is if Brett would just pack his bags, go back to 
Hattiesburg, and call it a career.
