[Husker] Pelini Pre-season Press Conference

Speaking of Pelini, there's a pretty good cover story today in the USA
Today - Sports section about his approach for getting the Husker program
back on track this fall.  Not a lot of new developments for Husker fans,
but good publicity nonetheless.  I read the "print" version, so I'm not
sure if the article is available online...?

Bo Pelini just finished the pre-season press conference; here are a few
notes.

Kevin Dixon is no longer a member of the football team.  He was
dismissed for violating team rules.

Baker Steinkuhler will start on the d-line.  Ricky Henry will start on
offense.  Khiry Cooper had some car problems over the weekend, but is a
Husker at this time.

Anthony Blue is still recovering, and will not be on the 105 man roster
to open practice.  Redshirting is, of course, still an option for Blue.
