Holy crap. Who the hell goes through quarterly performance reviews  
unless they're working for an organization that's been sold, about to  
be sold, or run by a megalomaniac?

Seriously. Quarterly? I'd like to know who does that. If all y'all  
don't want to reply publicly, then private responses are fine.
