[Husker] Mike Rucker to Retire Today

[Mike Jaixen]

Mike Rucker will announce his retirement today in
Charlotte.  The Carolina Panthers elected not to
resign him as part of a youth movement, and Rucker
decided he'd rather not finish his career in another
organization.
