     I don't really know myself either.  I listen to "The Spread" on 
local ESPN radio on the drive home mostly every day.  Jason Peter is on 
there.  I am not going to get into a debate about what Peter and the 
other guys know or don't know but they were debating whether or not 
Williams should be cut loose or not by Pelini/Nebraska.  Now, they are 
certainly not experts on NCAA rules so what they were discussing may be 
a moot point.  Peter was totally against cutting him loose.  His point 
was get him into a structured environment where he can be monitored for 
the kid's own good.  I am not saying I agree or disagree just saying 
what he said.
