This kid's fate is sealed if in fact he really did this and is found guilty. I seriously doubt this is the kind of thing Pelini and company want representing the University. I know I sure don't.

Well, I'm not so sure that zero tolerance will apply to this young
man, who is still in high school.  He hasn't graduated yet, or
reported to campus to start school.  I would suspect that his process
should be concluded before he gets up here.  But you gotta wonder
about a young man who strikes up a conversation, then punches the guy
and grabs his cash.  May be slight character problem.
