[Husker] Posts and Frustrations

Excellent post. Lynette clearly said what many of us have felt for a long long time. There are a couple of you out there and you know who you are who are the most divisive people I've ever encountered. When your called on the carpet, like every two weeks or so, you will reply "who me? You can't mean me? I didn't do anything, you just took it wrong."

I've un-subscribed and then subscribed again later several times due to the high level of annoyance and tension created by one man in particular who continues to dig, jab, swipe and bash, then he hides behind the "everyone always picking on me excuse, and you don't know what I really meant." He knows exactly what he's doing and does it either because he's bored, or because he thrives on keeping the pot stirred.

What a joke that one guy in particular can ruin a good thing for many.

I hope I'm kicked off the list for voicing my opinion because once again, I can't take it anymore. Just watch, the guy I pointed out without naming will likely come back and defend himself even though he hasn't been named. I really don't think he will be able to resist.

Well, since I seem to have caused this latest bru-ha-ha by honestly
asking that a subject be dropped, I will restate my position.

I don't intend to "stifle" valid conversation, or to require others
to only post what "I" want to hear or even subjects I'm interested
in.

I honestly feel the subject of whether SP was a good or bad AD is
water under the bridge. Just like Solich is water under the bridge. I
did change the subject line enough to make it more relevant to what
was REALLY being talked about. The "subject" had changed from
Sadler's contract extension to SP LONG before I chimed in and
commented that I felt it was "enough."

I've also been on this list a very long time. Bob, I go back with you
a long time, and defended you on occasions when you were getting
really beaten up by others on the list.

We've lost some EXCELLENT posters. Some extremely well informed men
and women with a LOT of Nebraska history (our Runza recipe message
string for instance) AND a LOT of FOOTBALL as well as general sports
knowledge (Greg Mays for one). We even lost our meteorologist! I miss
the game day forecasts!

I won't threaten to leave the list, that's what you want. I've
weathered worse comments from listers. I will however, go back to
lurking and continue my delete key freely when some of you post.
