    Okay Jon, then let me ask you a question.  If the football team 
would have had at least nine wins per year during Callahan's tenure do 
you believe Pederson would have been fired regardless of what else was 
going on Paul Meyers or whatever?  I personally don't think so.   It 
still comes down to football.
