     Most of it.  I don't think football was necessarily the ONLY thing but 
it certainly was the overwhelming big one.  I agree that if football would 
have been king like it was for 30 years or so the rest of the items would 
have been non-issues.  It is because football wasn't in great shape 
everything else got magnified.  While I agree things were not going the best 
internally I do believe most of the trouble either WAS football or 
originated with football.  I can't find the exact quote but didn't TO say 
when he was coach he never thought he could survive two or three losing 
seasons in a row?  I realize he was the coach and not the AD but the thought 
process is the same.
