I only really care about football and wrestling. We all know about FB. As to wrestling , there has been a drop off in the last several years. In the 80s and 90s NU usually finished in the top 10, sometimes top 5. The past several years have see a couple top 10 finishes (including this years #4) and many in the low teens. Of course, this has 0 to do with the AD. I certainly did find it interesting that the LJS mentioned both Bo Pelini and TO sitting together at one of the home meets against Mizzou.  I never heard of either the former HC (or FS for that matter) or the AD attending matches (though I assume SP did). 

As to mens BBall, Doc has been a great pick up, SP hired the right guy, but if you remember, the only reason NU picked him up was because Collier left (after a not so storied career as the HC for NU). If it were up to SP, BC would have been the coach and who knows where Doc would have ended up.
