[Husker] Clarification

Yeah Hastings is NAIA Division II I was referring to the conference ties. I 
think that GPAC was formed about the time the big 12 was formed. the GPAC in 
the old days was the NIAC Conference. It stood for and I maybe wrong 
Nebraska Iowa Athletic Conference.
