[Husker] The Big Red is Awfully Little

There are two things to think about:

1) Tom Osborne used to note that it took five to six
years to transform a football program, and that most
colleges gave up on a coaching staff after four or
five years, starting an endless cycle of firing and
hiring until somehow found a coach that caught fire
early.

2) Many people are assuming that Steve Pederson and
Bill Callahan are "great leaders". Right now, that
would be better stated as "hoping". Likewise, other
people are concluding that Pederson and Callahan are
"horrible leaders". That is probably the result of
impatience and a potentially narrow frame of view.
What's the truth? Like everything else...somewhere in
the middle.

Change doesn't necessarily mean that things will be
better. Change merely means that things will be
different.
