Yes, Castille did get plays after the fumble, though they were sparse.

Of the four running backs in the mix, I think he has the most  
upside.  He appears to have good strength in traffic and I believe he  
has been good at quickly reading where the hole is or is going to  
develop and attacking it with pop.  That is Lucky's biggest drawback,  
I believe, in an otherwise good back.

I don't know how much of a breakaway threat Castille will be, though  
he appeared to be good in the open field against Nevada.  I haven't  
seen much of Castille in pass protection sets, so I don't know if he  
is good at blocking, a necessary step if he is going to be an every  
down back in this offense.  But in the running game, I think he is  
the best chance of getting the best result that the play will offer,  
whether that is a short gain instead of a loss when the play is  
clogged up in the middle or breaking out through the late-developing  
hole on a perimeter zone blocking play.

That said, take this all with a grain of salt, since all I am is a  
fan with scout-cam seats in the north end zone and, with few  
exceptions, I don't rerun the plays in slow-mo on the TiVo.
