Easy, because I don't think that Coz is the right guy.  Even if I'm right
about the recruiting tactics.  I think there are a lot of guys out there who
would do a better job, period.

Anyone who follows anything I post knows I'm pretty much a kool-aid drinker
and I'm usually willing to give people WAY to many chances.  I just think
Coz has had his chance to prove himself and he's not the guy we're looking
for.
