Team speed may be a concern, overall.
It's the scheme.
Uncle Charlie said a couple years ago, you have to ATTACK and at that time
the ends were over 270 lbs. (and still are today). He had the rush ends at
245, remember?
I think it was a polite way of Charlie sending a message to the current
staff. Don't feel alone Charlie, they don't listen to anybody (unless the
name is NFL)
