[Husker] Where is the defense?

I can only imagine, as I am (painfully) listening on the computer. Adrian
Fiala keeps complaining about the enthusiasm of the players. He is also
complaining about the fans being quiet, but who can blame them. This should
have been a blowout.

Scarlet glasses have come off. This team is cooked. I'm going to have to
agree with the pessimists on this list, that it is time for a change of
Defensive Coordinator. At least one of three things is true...Cosgrove is
unable to coach, unable to motivate, or unable to recruit.

This is Ball State, not USC. My oh My.

Subject: [Husker] Where is the defense?

Watching the Husker defense in this game is painful. It is almost as if the
players all joined the team this week, after playing in some completely
different system and have no idea what is going on out there. There are a
couple players (I wont mention names because their parents of course are on
the list and I dont want to hurt their feelings) who are clueless and are
running by the play, missing easy tackles and generally on another planet
every single time. The Ball State QB is no doubt good, but didnt theses
coaches look at game film of him?

Good grief.
