     I don't understand.  Am I telling you what to do or is Pederson?  I know I'm not and I don't think Pederson is either.  He IS the AD and he is in a position to make the decisions good, bad, or indifferent.  I doubt there are very many on this list that could be AD at NU and do any better.  As far as me I am just expressing my opinion like anyone else that posts here.

      If you feel our talent is on par with USC and the top teams in the country then that is your opinion.  I cannot understand how one can come to that conclusion but you are entitled to whatever opinion you want to form.
