ummm don't the coaches recruit?   Dont the coaches teach fundamentals 
and drill them home every week.   I am not looking for someone to hang 
from the highest tree but the mere fact that we dont have better players 
is not out of the hands of the coaching staff.  I also think our players 
are better than they are playing, who is responsible for getting them 
ready each week?
