[Husker] Fans in the Stands at the End

I have had season tickets for 17 yrs, with a 15 year gap in the middle when
I lived in Connecticut. Of all the games I have attended, no matter the
score, I think I have only left early once or twice (when my young son got
impatient). Of all the games I have watched on TV, I don't believe I have
ever turned the game off before it was over.

I was still in the stands last night when the final seconds ticked off the
clock, but I strongly considered leaving earlier. That was without a doubt
the most pathetic defensive performance I have ever seen from a Husker team,
including the Colorado debacle.

However, I can't see the program returning to top 10 status with these
defensive schemes, philosophy, and coaches.
