[Husker] What exactly is the defense doing?

I thought the refs made the right call. There was a little contact,
but no way was the receiver going to get to the ball. I didn't see
the grabbing and holding that the seemingly biased announcer harped
about, even after several replays. To make that call and set Wake
Forest up with a whole set of downs on a pass that wasn't even close
to being completed would make the officiating more important than
the playing. That's one of the complaints about the 1993 bowl game.
If a team can't make the plays, the refs shouldn't make them for them.
