Not sure about the major league record, but according to the NY News

Chamberlain has thrown 14 1/3 scoreless innings since making his debut on Aug. 7. It's the longest such streak for a Yankee since Jim Bouton started his career with 15 scoreless innings in 1962.

"It's going to end; it's a matter of time," Harlan Chamberlain said. "But not yet."
