Absolutely Gerald.  This is one of the many reasons I love Husker Fans.  I
know quite a few people that donated the remainder of the WF season to the
soldiers and even more that have purchased tickets to other games solely for
the purpose of donating them.

If anyone here on the list did this or is going to do it, I for one, greatly
respect and appreciate your decision.  They deserve it!

As Skylar and others have noted, many Nebraska fans have bought Wake Forest
season tickets for this one game. What happens to the rest of the tickets?

Ft. Bragg is nearby and has many soldiers there recovering from wounds
suffered in the War. Someone contacted Ft. Bragg and asked if they would be
interested in receiving these left over tickets so these soldiers could go
to games. (Army plays at Wake this year). They were ecstatic about the offer
and have received many tickets and are looking for more. So if there are any
listers who don't know about this and would like to minister to these brave
young men, here is your chance.
