Has there been a new rule change for 2007 in CFB?

Callahan said that the clock started fast in our game and he was going to question the conference about this, and I have watched this first week of football dozens of Delay of Game penalties - or is it just teams getting used to playing speed?


Also - ESPN said that 92% of kickoffs were returned with the 30 yard line rule change - and we had six in a row not returned? Gotta love our kicking game!
