     I am not saying it is my perception but I think the general perception is Notre Dame will be in every game they play and win a good share of them.  They aren't going to be very good.  They lost a lot of starters.  I am not so sure the powers that be and the alumni at ND are going to be happy in the long run they signed Charlie Weiss to that big time contract.
