Really good point.  Most Everyone, including me, had the first thought that Tom had slipped and was referring to a new staff for next year, but after I thought about it, I wondered the same thing.  He may well have been referring to the current staff when he said that.  Four years isn't that long and let's face it, they have never really felt like the home boys.  Maybe.  If so, maybe he also feels that now he can't come out and say so because if they really are still the "new coaching staff", it's awkward to fire them...they're still new.  I'm probably going too deep with this now.
