I don't think cost is going to be much of an issue, but here is one

Basically, he instructed his entire team to rush the field and jump up 
and down in the Gators end zone after their opening touchdown.  He got 
hit with 30 yards of excessive celebration penalties.  That's classless 
and stupid, and I never want to see garbage like that at Nebraska.
