Bob, 

I took a few minutes to think about this before I posted.  Fact of the
matter is, no matter how hard it is to make a coaching switch mid season,
they CANNOT do worse than they are doing now (See DEAD LAST IN RUSHING
DEFENSE).

Normally I would agree with you and a mid season coordinator change would be
really tough.  But you just flat out couldn't do any worse.  Give one of
your position coaches a chance and find someone in the offseason.
