OK,  first I agree that we should not hate anyone,  I really do,   but I 
dont know how it can be gut wrenching for a coach who has a multi year 
contract to fall back on as well as a good old boys network to get him 
his next job.   Maybe I am living in a cloud but I can only imagine how 
it would feel to know that if they dont like me at this job, they have 
to pay me for the the next 5 years anyway.

I wish I had a sweet deal like that.  Where I work if they dont like you 
then an email goes around saying that "Rick has chosen to pursue other 
opportunities outside of this company."  Now that is gut wrenching.
