IMHO, this would be extremely unethical on BP's part (if it were the 
case and I certainly do not think so, for a number of reasons)

I really doubt that BP expects to be any place but LSU next year. 
There is a chance that Miles goes to Michigan and I would think BP 
would be a leading candidate to take over. A&M also may need a coach 
and again Bo might consider that as well.

Currently Bo is being paid by LSU and it is his responsibility to sell 
the program (not himself) to prospective recruits.
