[Husker] how long is an "interim" ?

I've heard no rumors, and certainly have no "inside information", but I can see T.O. staying as "interim" AD for several years.  If he believes that his job is to get the football program back on track, then, no matter what he does (keep BC, replace BC, do the HC job himself), he will need to be a stabilizing force for a period of time.

what if (Bob forbid) the next HC is no better than BC?  will we fire *that* AD and bring T.O. back as interim *again* ?
