Billy just had to do himself in, didn't he?  If he can see any problem, how 
could he possibly fix it.  This maybe the best he is capable of doing, but 
it doesn't come close to meeting a minimum acceptable level.  His attitude 
is even worse than his coaching results in my opinion.
