Sounds like he is trying to play to Toms gentle side. The side that might say well  gee he is trying his best and is doing great in recruiting so lets just let him try again. Not gonna happen Billy Boy. Its my opinion that there is way to much public outcry for Bills head for Tom to keep him. If he did and next year turned out like this one then Tom would lose a lot of respect from the public. And yes I do think that matters to him.
