I want to throw BC and company under the bus like the rest of you , but I still contend a big part of the problem is lack of leadership on the team.  We seem to not have the senior leadership that is necessary to make a team successful. Sure some of that can be blamed on poor coaching, but not all of it.

I agree with this.  I think he really does believe he is doing an excellent job.  He is clearly delusional and I'm not saying that to be funny.  It's not.  He is delusional and unable to see otherwise.  Scary, sad, but more than anything destructive to the Nebraska football program.  It's all over on November 24, 2007.  He may not get fired that day, but he will have coached his last Nebraska football game.  The only other date I am looking forward to with as much anticipation is January 20, 2009.
