Jon, I really don't know if I was implying anything other than I think
Osborne's tendencies are to try to help a guy become great rather than look
for a guy who is great.

I know I've had quite a few managers over the years and the best ones, IMO,
are the ones who will take the 'other' employees who aren't your best and
making them better.

Tom has flat out said, "I'm not going to make any coaching changes until the
end of the season, no matter what happens in the next 5 games.  At the end
of the season, he has said he will evaluate the coaches and make his
decision.  What I'm trying to figure out is whether or not Tom is really
giving them a chance to keep their job or if it's already a done deal.
