Some folks want Bob to stay, others want Bob to go.  I always delete Bob's posts from my inbox unread.  I can't use a filter with hotmail because all notes come from the list so I delete them manually before I read them as my manual killfile.  I used to read them, but invariably I found Bob's posts to be vacuous, pretentious, pompous, and ultimately .....simply annoying.

So Bob, take your basketball and go home, or stay and try to play nice with the other kids.  I really doesn't matter.
