P.S. It sounded like you were pretty certain of this, too:

I would be absolutely shocked to see Pederson removed from his position
at the end of the football season...I just don't see him being removed. 
There is nothing I have seen at all to make me believe it is even being
considered...I would have to believe at minimum Pederson and Callahan
both will be here next season.
