Amen. Requiring a "Heritage Husker" - whatever that means - would unduly 
limit the field. It would, in fact, have disqualified Bob Devaney, who 
had zero ties to NU before being hired. We need someone who knows how to 
coach at the college level and who has the requisite character. He can 
learn Nebraska.
