Accountability.  If Harvey makes a statement like this after signing a
contract he needs to be held accountable.  In disciplined organizations
there is accountability or people go on making stupid decisions.  In my
company this would not happen without a beheading.

I still don't think Perlman should go, but this is a reasonable 
question.  I was not comfortable with the answer given for renewing 
Pederson's contract.  Somebody approved it, and it's reasonable to know 
who that was.  I don't buy the "I'm the last guy to know about this 
stuff" excuse.
