If you believe in the "where there's smoke there's fire" mantra, the 
rumor of T.O. becoming AD probably has some legs.  I suspect that an 
announcement on that will be made in the coming days.  I can't believe 
that Perlman's response of "I hope somebody is running the athletic 
department" was serious.

I also expect Callahan to be gone at season's end barring a miraculous 
turnaround where they win out.

I don't have any inside sources...this is just a gut feeling.
