[Husker] Pederson gone

Does anyone watching the press conference get the feeling that Pearlman is trying very hard not to say that Steve was fired because of the football programs demise? It seems to me that he is saying everything but that. Every time some one brings it up it seems he is searching his brain trying to find the words to avoid saying it. He has said now that the new AD wether interim or full time will evaluate the football program and be allowed to make changes if he feels necassary. Basicly to me he is trying to avoid what everyone already knows: BC is gone and the next AD will get to hire the new coach. I truely believe that TO is going to be the next AD, at least on an iterim basis.
