I hearing TO as AD for 4 years and Dave Rimington as PR/Fund Raising  lead 
and being groomed for AD position after TO leaves.
 
Sounds GREAT to me, and GREAT news for Husker Tradition.
 
What happens at the coaching level?
 
It could Pelini time if Carr survives at Michigan (Les Miles stays at  LSU).
