I'm probably too late here, but I know this to be a Callahan quote -- early this year IIRC.  I'll bet all of them have said similar things however.  But the truth is, he is right.  Are you going to coach differently if you are in fear of your job?    If you aren't already doing the best job you can, you are already in trouble.
