[Husker] XM Radio & The Big XII

Good Evening All:

Regarding XM and the Big XII, currently XM has a contract with the Longhorn Sports Network (Host Communications) and the Cowboy Sports Network (Host Communications). 

They (XM) carry every Texas football game (H & A), every men's basketball game and most women's basketball games, plus some of the ancillary programming on the LSN. As for Oklahoma State they carry most Cowboy football games and will carry men's basketball. 

As for the remainder of the Big XII XM only carries a "Game of the Week" involving Big XII schools if ESPN or some other syndicator is airing a game. XM does not have the "rights" to carry any of the other 10 schools broadcasts, all of those are over on Sirius. 

Now since NU's radio contract is with Host Communications I do expect NU's broadcasts to move to XM when their contract with Sirius is up either at the end of this year or next. I'm not sure how long the contract was to begin with but I would guess it can't run much longer.
