      I wouldn't jump on that too hard.  It may take me a while to find 
documentation but it is pretty common knowledge Holtz didn't leave 
Minnesota and Notre Dame in the greatest of situations.  I know I 
wouldn't put Holtz on the same level as Osborne as far as integrity.
