[Husker] bottom of the barrel time

I'm only able to catch the box scores our her in (former) Callahan  
country (NorCal), but I was wondering if anybody could tell me  
whether Oklahoma State is playing some of their second- and third- 
string?  Based on the first half, I find it hard to believe that  
Nebraska's D could have stopped them from scoring in the third  
quarter.  I hate the thought of an un-ranked team calling off the  
dogs out of pity.
