I have been watching college football since 1980-ish, I've played college football (although not Div I), got paid to play a little locally after that, and I've even done a little assistant coaching here and there. I haver watched countless hours of game film (which is much different than what you see on TV) 

While these things do not make me an expert by any means, I feel I can say the following with some degree of certainty. I have NEVER seen a complete failure like I am seeing today in this game. Every single aspect of this team appears to have suffered a total meltdown, and it is showing. It is to the point now where the players are getting embarrassed on every play, whether it be blind side blocks, crushing hits, whatever. It literally looks as if this team didn't even practice this week and went to a keg party last night until 4 am, and showed up at the stadium 5 minutes before it started.

The Nebraska players were more prepared when they lost 70-10 at Texas Tech than they are today.

This entire staff needs to be let go, tonight. And before everyone says "another change will set the program back" (and believe me, I was in that boat as well), this team will not win again this season, so what the hell is the difference, they can make the changes and build something and not win again, or they can find new ways to be utterly embarrassed each week with this staff and not win.

Not a tough decision, in my eyes. The people who are in position to make changes (and certainly the people who donate money to this program to keep it going)  have to be on some drug right now not to see where this is headed.
